Review the terms

• Plan fees are billed monthly, in advance.
• There are two types of potential usage fees. They are both billed monthly, for usage in the previous month.
• Device overages: If your number of billable devices managed during the month is more than the number included in your plan, each additional billable device is charged at the rate shown above.
• Performance upgrades ​ While on an Essentials plan, you can activate Performance features on any site at any time. If you do, each Performance-activated billable device is charged an additional fee at the rate shown above.
• Prices do not include any taxes that may apply – any such taxes are your responsibility. Auvik is required to charge sales tax in certain jurisdictions. If you see a tax amount on your first invoice and have determined that you are exempt, please email an exemption certificate to billing@auvik.com so that your account is not charged taxes on future invoices. If you prefer to provide an exemption certificate in advance of any invoicing, please contact sales@auvik.com before completing your purchase.
• During the Subscription Term, you may choose to cancel your subscription early. We won’t provide any refunds and you’ll promptly pay all unpaid fees due through the end of the Subscription Term.
• We don’t provide refunds if you decide to stop using Auvik during your Subscription Term.
• Your Subscription Term automatically renews monthly, unless you tell us you don't want to renew by providing notice as required in the Terms of service
• Upon renewal, we may increase the fees to reflect changes to our pricing. If there’s an increase for you, we’ll notify you at least thirty (30) days before your renewal. See our Terms of service for more details.

By clicking “Confirm” below, you are entering into a legal agreement and acknowledging, agreeing and/or certifying as follows:

• I have read, understand, and accept the Auvik ​Terms of service and Privacy Policy. By clicking Confirm below, I agree that Auvik is authorized to charge me for all fees due during the Subscription Term and any renewal term. I certify that I’m authorized to sign and enter into this binding legal contract for the organization making this purchase. I also certify that the business entity:
• Is a non-resident of Canada for Canadian tax purposes,
• Is not a registrant for Canadian Goods and Services Tax (“GST”)purposes,
• If applicable, you also certify:
• You will notify Auvik within 30 days of becoming a Canadian resident for Canadian tax purposes, and
• You will notify Auvik within 30 days of becoming a registrant for Canadian GST purposes.
